EXPERIENCE & PROCESSES

Experience is at the heart of everything we do – from the experience we bring, to the
customer service you receive.

Our team consists of qualified technical surveyors, contracts managers and roofing
professionals, many of whom have been with Profile Industrial Roofing for over 15 years. We invest in our workforce by providing regular training, suitable equipment and
on-site support at all times. And we listen to our people, encouraging and acting on feedback for continuous improvement.

Communication is key, so you’ll have an assigned project coordinator.

Our contracts manager makes regular site visits and will undertake the final audit.

We also liaise with manufacturers and external consultants throughout your refurbishment to ensure compliance for regulatory or warranty purposes.

Finally, we work with licensed waste contractors with sustainable solutions and a ‘Zero Waste to Landfill’ policy where possible to remove waste from site.
