ASBESTOS SOLUTIONS

The word asbestos can cause concern for any building owner, however it was a common roofing material used for many years. Our team have years of experience in identification and correct handling of asbestos in your roof.

We strictly adhere to Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and all other statutory requirements for the safe handling and disposal of asbestos. Our proven protocols
include air monitoring to measure the level of airborne fibre in an area, with regular testing and all correct paperwork provided to the client. OVER-CLADDING/ ENCAPSULATION

When you need a fast and cost-effective solution, over-cladding or encapsulation of an existing metal or asbestos roof is an efficient alternative to a full replacement.

Over-laying a thermal insulator and new panels to your existing roof has great benefits. The process is less disruptive and avoids removing any asbestos already in situ. The
multiple additional layers will increase the thermal efficiency of the roof, and the entire process is quicker, resulting in a waterproof roof in less time, while your building
